About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive lndividual with a strong background in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the executive's emails, providing concise summaries, responding to communications on LinkedIn, and assisting with a wide range of marketing and sales activities. This role demands a smart individual who has exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Email Management: Monitor, manage, and organize the executive's inbox. Summarize key emails and action items, ensuring timely follow-up. LinkedIn Management: Respond to messages and engage with connections on LinkedIn on behalf of the executive. Maintain a professional online presence and foster business relationships. Marketing Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media management. Utilize tools like ChatGPT to enhance productivity and creativity. Sales Assistance: Help in tracking sales activities and ensuring timely follow-ups. Vendor & Partner Relations: Regularly communicate with vendors and partners to maintain strong business relationships and ensure seamless operations. Reporting & Summaries: Collate information from various sources and present it in concise, actionable summaries. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making. General Administrative Tasks: Handle other administrative duties as required to support the executive and the overall business. Qualifications: Proven experience in Sales & Marketing in a similar role. Background in sales and marketing, with a good understanding of marketing strategies and tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
