RSM India is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality accounting services to a diverse range of clients. You will ensure compliance with financial regulations, provide accurate financial reporting, and contribute to strategic decision-making that drives business success. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with audit teams to conduct thorough internal and external audits. Assist in tax planning and compliance, including the preparation of tax returns and assessments. Provide clients with financial insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and accounting practices. Qualifications: CA/CPA or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial advisory, preferably with a recognized firm. Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and accounting regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
