Position: Science Teacher (Foundation and IIT/NEET Prep) Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Science Teacher to teach Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and General Science to students from Classes 5th to 10th and specialized batches for IIT and NEET aspirants. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching methods, and a commitment to helping students excel in both foundational and competitive exams. Key Responsibilities: Teach and develop students' understanding in subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and General Science for foundation classes (5th to 10th). Prepare students for competitive exams like IIT-JEE and NEET by delivering high-quality lessons, study plans, and exam strategies. Simplify complex concepts for young students while gradually building their problem-solving and analytical skills. Design and implement comprehensive lesson plans, quizzes, and assignments tailored to different learning abilities. Foster an environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and independent learning. Track and assess student performance regularly, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure their academic growth. Stay updated on curriculum changes, exam patterns, and innovative teaching techniques. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve overall student outcomes and share best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or Education (or related field). Deep knowledge of the subjects and curriculum for classes 5th to 10th, and strong familiarity with IIT-JEE/NEET syllabus. Proven teaching experience in both foundation-level classes and competitive exam preparation. Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Ability to break down complex topics and explain them clearly to students at various levels. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in coaching students for IIT-JEE, NEET, or other competitive exams. Expertise in using modern teaching tools and technology. A passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve academic excellence.
