We are looking for a qualified Female Customer Support Executive who will offer excellent customer service. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills . Responsibilities: Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through calls. Should be comfortable with both - Inbound and Outbound voice process. Manage and drive sales team target and performance Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need. Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field. A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in outbound voice process. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills. Should have Computer skills, MS Office.
