Barter and Social Cause

A social cause is a cause of society/community/a group of people which is the reason for their pain and present suffering, and it can be physical, social, economic, time perspective, more effort / drudgery, emotional, denial, rejection, and due to non-inclusion.

It is a state of affairs that negatively affects the personal or social lives of individuals or the well-being of communities or larger groups within a society and about which there is usually public disagreement as to its nature, causes, or solution.

1.      Old Age Homes or Senior Care: These social causes involve providing care, support, and companionship to elderly individuals who may be alone or in need of assistance. They aim to create a safe and nurturing environment for senior citizens, offering services such as healthcare, recreational activities, and emotional support. E.g. In today’s time time bank is prevailing where in young / kid or any age person can spend time with person in Old age home and the time will be noted / recording in Time bank which can be utilized by him / her in his / her Old age by someone else.

2.      Day-care and Early Childhood Education: Social causes related to day-care and early childhood education focus on providing quality care and educational opportunities for young children. These causes aim to support working parents, ensure a healthy environment for children’s growth and development, and promote early learning. E.g. Any one can offer free services related to Child care & education to the needy people.

3.      Animal Welfare and Rescue: These causes focus on advocating for the rights, well-being, and ethical treatment of animals. They involve recovering and rehabilitating abused or neglected animals, promoting responsible pet ownership, and raising awareness about animal cruelty and conservation. They may involve operating animal shelters, providing veterinary care, promoting adoption, and advocating for animal rights and welfare. E.g. Any one can offer free services or products related to Animal Welfare & rescue or can also in turn ask for similar value product or service from them.

4.      Environmental Conservation and Sustainability: Causes focused on preserving the environment, promoting sustainable practices, and addressing issues like climate change, pollution, deforestation, and habitat destruction. Activities may include tree planting, beach clean-ups, recycling initiatives, and advocating for environmentally-friendly policies. E.g. Voluntary contribution towards Environment for free like tree plantation drive, using environment friendly products which promotes awareness towards healthy environment or reducing pollution.

5.      Blood Donation: Causes that encourage and facilitate blood donations to ensure a steady supply of blood for medical emergencies and patients in need. They involve organizing blood drives, raising awareness about the importance of blood donation, and supporting blood banks and transfusion services. E.g. Any person is in need of required Blood group in exchange with available Blood group in family / relative / friends.

6.      Tree Plantation: Causes that promote tree planting to combat deforestation, enhance biodiversity, and mitigate climate change. These causes often involve organizing tree planting campaigns, engaging communities, and raising awareness about the importance of trees for environmental sustainability.

7.      Volunteerism: Social causes that revolve around inspiring individuals to give their time, skills, and resources for the betterment of communities. These causes involve organizing volunteer programs, connecting volunteers with local organizations, and supporting community service initiatives in areas such as education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, and disaster relief. E.g. Any Volunteer activity for free which will help a person, environment or society.
